Primary Duties:
Coordinating care between providers, patients, third parties, triaging patients, verifying insurance, verifying prescriptions with pharmacies, and administrative assistance for providers and managers.

Is an excellent communicator online and in-person

Enjoys working with others to find solutions

Is dependable and a self-starter

Salary:
$35,000 starting salary

You Offer:
California resident

Preferred 1+ year of experience in the mental health industry

Preferred 1+ year in customer service

Ability to juggle multiple priorities and help others do the same

Preferred experience checking health insurance eligibility

Fast typing skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle confidential information

Preferred Bachelor’s degree (but not required)

Completion of 90-day probationary period if hired

A passion for learning and an adaptable attitude towards growth
