Job duties:

• Training, managing, and working closely with the kitchen brigades to deliver high quality cuisine in the most effective way
• Responsible for the budget and costs (food and manpower) control in order to meet the business forecast.
• Menu re-engineering with the use of seasonal ingredient to surprise the customers and maintain the recipe book always
• Supervise all menu planning and implement same and maintain all culinary activities to ensure compliance to all food standards and presentation skills and maintain hygienic environment at all times.
• Involve in restaurant renovation project and provide ideas and comment

Requirements:

• Minimum 6-10 years of relevant experience as a Leader
• Full Awareness of a variety of cooking techniques Asian, Western & Pastry
• Experience in all kinds of kitchen equipment
• Ability to produce excellent high-quality food with attention to detail
• Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes
• Positive and approachable manner with team player qualities
• Less experience will be consider as Head Chef
• Immediate Availability
