Sentido Health Hiring for Receptionist at Tomball, TX Full Time

This position will be responsible for working in collaboration with the Corporate Team, Area Managers & Patient Care Coordinators. Strong multitasking and prioritizing tasks with great organization and detail is required. Collaborate strongly with co-workers in a team setting. Essential Functions

• Sort and distribute incoming faxes, directing them to the appropriate personnel for processing.
• Provides visitor greeting support by greeting walk-in and telephone customers, vendors and business associates in a professional and friendly manner that provides a lasting positive impression.
• Operates telephone to receive incoming calls and messages. Directs callers to destination and records name, nature of business and the person requested on all non-voice mail messages.
• Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately.
• Answers customer inquiries and resolves customer needs and issues, discusses major issues with appropriate source.
• Enters and maintains accurate and up to date information in Brightree.
• Provides administrative and clerical support to departments.
• Assist with special projects and task as assigned.

Preferred Education and Experience

1. High school or equivalent (preferred)
