Job Description

• Manage Addition & Alteration (A&A), Repair & Redecoration (R&R) project works at the Club premises.
• Familiar in tender process and specifications.
• Prepare budgets, tender documentation, review and recommendations.
• Liaise with the Project Committee to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
• Plan, coordinate and establish procedure to ensure the project meets timeline with Quality, Safety, Environmental and Statutory requirements.
• Report and assist the Facilities, Maintenance & Safety Manager.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Building Management, Facilities or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 5-10 years relevant project experience in building and facilities management.
• Good knowledge of Interior Design, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing
• Demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate with all levels within an organization.
• Fulfilled all other tasks as assigned by the Superior.
• Proficient with Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
