About the role

Reporting to the Digital DevOps Manager you will be responsible for the ongoing development and operational support of our Low-Code Development platform and the applications landscape. This will include maintenance and upkeep of architecture, design, and as-built documentation in relation to the ServiceNow platform and ensuring the ongoing Data and Cyber Security Integrity. Whilst this role is primary focused on development in the context of ServiceNow, it is expected that work in other development areas, such as other workflow platforms and languages may be required.

To be successful in this role you will have: The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour Tertiary qualifications in Information technology, Software Engineering, or other relevant field ServiceNow certification Proven ServiceNow development experience ServiceNow experience across ITSM, ITOM and CSM modules Experience enterprise scale project leadership, project management roles Experience in working across the full project life cycle, from requirements analysis to BAU hand over and support, for significant sized projects and operations Knowledge of software development lifecycles, agile methods, backlog and service design thinking approaches to solution design and development Strong understanding of technical issue resolution workflow and systems Ability to achieve and maintain National, Federal Police clearances and Government Security Clearances
