The qualified candidate will have good computer skills, working knowledge of QuickBooks, and willingness to learn and perform many different office tasks and committed to customer satisfaction.

Job responsibilities include assisting in the following areas:

Order Entry using QuickBooks

General customer support

Dental appliance product inspection

Shipping

Purchasing and Inventory

Variety of general office tasks

The ideal candidate will have some experience in the areas above and have very good attention to detail, accuracy, dependability, and a willingness to learn. Hourly wage range is $18-$30 an hour, based on experience, and we will pay you more than you are currently making. Our office is open 8-5:00 M-Th and 8-3 Friday. If you are interested in a Part-time or Full-time, we are willing to work with you to determine what works best for you and for the company.
