CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AIDES (CHHA) PER DIEM – HOSPICE – Mercer County, NJ and surrounding areas:

Must have a VALID NJ CHHA Certified Home Health Aide License in the State of NJ

Serenity Hospice Care has positions available for Per Diem Certified Home Health Aides for the Mercer County NJ area.

Proper candidates must have a current CHHA License in the state of New Jersey.

Hospice experience a plus.

Care for patients in their homes and facilities.

Work within an interdicsciplinary team.

Follow Care Plans

Assist with ADLs

Communicate with patient and families

Always deliver the highest level of care
