We are seeking a full time permanent “Finance and Administration Specialist” to join our team.

What will you do?

• Maintain the organizations financial accounting systems including cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash
• Reconcile bank, investment accounts and all balance sheet accounting.
• Engage in forecasting, budget development and Ontario Health Reporting processes.
• Develop and maintain all administrative systems including corporate file management, executive administrative support, and human resource administration.

What qualifications and professional qualities do you need?

• Must have a minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a similar role.
• Must have a minimum 2-3 Year Accounting Diploma.
• Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks Online and integrated software.
• Must have advanced administrative background with at least three years of office experience preferably in a not-for-profit setting.
• Must be able to demonstrate initiative, have a positive attitude, high lelvel of energy, and an over average degree of ethical integrity.
