In this role you will be expected to provide an excellent front of house service, meeting and greeting visitors whilst ensuring that all enquires coming through the switchboard are dealt with in a polite and timely manner.
Additionally, you will be expected to carry out other duties such as administrative tasks to support the wider business, sorting and franking post, and preparing PPE for visitors to site.
To be successful in this role you’ll ideally need to have experience of operating a busy switchboard and have excellent communication as you’ll be passing calls through to all parts of the business. You’ll also need to have excellent administration skills and be up to speed with the basic Microsoft package, as you’ll be managing incoming emails and booking meeting rooms.
Hours of work are Monday – Thursday 08:15 – 16:40 and Friday 08:15 – 13:15.
As part of this role, you will be expected to be flexible and cover for holidays and absence on a Thursday and Friday when needed.
