SG Fleet AU Looking for SME Administrator at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

This position is responsible collaborating with the SME account management team and assist with the retention and growth of the SME client portfolio, proactively managing and servicing the existing client base and developing new opportunities.

Tasks And Responsibilities…

• Provide support for the quoting process by producing standard quotes for new and replacement vehicles, requesting non-standard quotes for new and replacement vehicles, reviewing quotes and ensuring that all quotes to clients are accurate and in line with the clients request. Where required, follow-up on all quotes that have not been returned within the required timeline
• Thoroughly and efficiently respond to enquiries and educate the customer to ensure that they have received all the information to make decisions regarding leasing a vehicle.
• Comprehensively learn and understand SG Fleet’s products, processes, contract types and services and provide support and advice to customers on these
• Process customer requests on behalf of or via other teams/ parties whilst always being conscious of the end-to-end delivery stream that is invisible to the external customer
• Resolve customer complaints through following the Customer Complaint Management Process
• Maintain excellent systems notes that are accurate, complete, and timely. Apply Customer Service best practices in line with Customer Experience training received.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in customer relations/sales
• Effective communication verbally and written
• Ability to resolve problems through to complete resolution in a timely, effective manner
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Good technical/numerical skills
• Ability to share knowledge and coach team members Desirable
