About Share 4 Life: Share 4 Life is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering underserved communities through educational programs and events. We offer workshops, mentorship, and resources to youth, teens, adults, and seniors in New York City Housing Authority developments.

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Technical Assistant to join our team and help us create, upload, and organize digital files on platforms such as Google Drive and Dropbox. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working with technology and cloud-based file storage systems. Additionally, the Technical Assistant will be responsible for marketing and advertising our programs, creating digital fliers, and other media to raise awareness of our cause.

Responsibilities:

• Upload and organize large quantities of digital files on Google Drive and Dropbox.
• Create and design digital fliers, brochures, and other marketing materials to promote our programs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and advertising strategies to increase program awareness and engagement.
• Manage social media platforms and respond to inquiries from our online community.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and other documents as needed.
• Other similar administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Google Drive and Dropbox
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very strong digital organization skills.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with marketing and advertising is a plus
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software a plus.
