Shared Practices Hiring for Call Center Agent at Remote Full Time

Job Description

Our Patient Help Center Specialist is responsible for reserving and confirming appointments at our many Dentures and Implants locations.

PHC Specialists will be responsible for answering inbound calls from potential patients and converting these calls to an in person appointment at one of our many Dentures and Implants locations across the country. You will also confirm your set appointments to ensure they show and answer any questions they may have prior to their consultation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure each patient has a positive experience with our company
• Demonstrate a pleasant disposition with each patient
• Take the initiative to learn about the company and grow within the role
• Receive incoming phone calls from patients and respond to their requests
• Properly explain the dental services to patients when reserving appointments
• Make outbound calls to confirm your set appointments and answer any additional questions
• Overcoming Rejections and Objections in a manner as coached
• Successfully convert 75% or more of the inbound calls to appointments
• Schedule dental patients into the practice management software
• Track all requested statistics and discuss results regularly with the PHC Supervisor
• Since this is a remote position, daily contact with the PHC supervisor is required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary:

• $17/hour based on experience, plus monthly bonus for achieving goals

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Flexible working hours if evenings or weekends are desired
• Training provided
• Computer and headset provided

Education:

• High School Diploma a must
• Knowledge of a second language is a bonus but not mandatory.
• Computer skills & phone skills
• Experience in a call center environment
• Ability to work in the US

Qualifications:

• Call center: 1 year (Required)
• Dental experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• US work authorization (Required)
• Internet access that can be used for work. Must have HIGH SPEED internet (Required)
• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
