Job Description: Order Entry Clerk
Report to: Sales Manager (Canada)
Job Summary
The Order Entry Clerk is the key representative of the Company and an integral part of the order intake process. The Order Entry Clerk is responsible for ensuring customer orders are input and processed efficiently. While providing excellent customer service, the Order Entry Clerk will be required to assist the
Sales team in communicating orders updates to our customers.
