How you can make a difference

The Call Center Representative processes basic transactions, educates members on alternate ways to transact on their accounts, checks member balances, assists members in disputing a transaction and discovers and recommends additional products and services that would benefit members. No cold calling, you will be helping Verity members that call in and want to speak with you.
