Location: Sheetz Corporate – Claysburg, PA
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
Provide direct support to the Director of Employee Relations and department staff in the day to day operations of the Employee Relations Department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)
- Assist with the resolution and response to employee relations issues on a daily basis.
- Order and provide stores/departments with required labor law posters.
- Receive, analyze and distribute daily Employee Hotline Calls and act as a liaison between the employee hotline vendor and corporate employees/hotline users.
- Review and update Sheetz, Inc. Employee Handbook as necessary.
- Coordinates the approval process for all rehires throughout Sheetz Inc.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings as requested.
REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)
Education
- High school Diploma/GED
- Some college preferred
Experience
- 2 years in Human Resources or related field

- None required
