We offer a wide variety of legal services to the public, and specialize in Real Estate Transactions representing individuals who are Buying, Selling and Mortgaging property. Position Description:

Our Notary team is looking for a receptionist to help with answering phones, assisting clients and doing basic administrative work.

– Strong communication skills

· Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written.

· Polished interpersonal skills including the ability to maintain composure and a polite manner under all circumstances.

· Excellent attitude including being a strong team player is desired for this busy and highly interactive role.

· Professional personal presentation.

· Fluency in another language other than English is an asset.
