1-A Data Entry Clerk is responsible for transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems.

2-Their transfer of data happens manually or using scanners. They type in customers’ information and create spreadsheets, verifying them against source documents at different stages during the process.

3-A customer service representative supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints.

4-They’re the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.

5- contact potential customers by telephone and complete tasks such as making calls to patients, identifying customer needs, placing orders, and providing information about products and services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour
