Shift Hiring for Seller Support Representative at Remote Full Time

Job Summary:

The Seller Support Representative is responsible for ensuring customers are prepared to sell their vehicle to Shift through a detailed qualification process. The Representative will also responsible for working with prospective sellers through outbound and inbound communications with timely follow ups. The Seller Support Representative will connect with Shift customers and guide them through the journey of selling their vehicle from start to finish to ensure they have a great experience with Shift .

Job Responsibilities:

• Be the primary point of contact for Seller support processes within the customer experience via virtual outreach
• Supporting our growth through positive quality interactions with our customers in all communication channels including, email, phone, chat, sms, social media outreach
• Connects with customers to ensure they are prepared to sell their vehicle
• Communicates to customers any account changes or vehicle updates
• Reach out to potential customers to determine interest in selling and encourage customers to make us their choice.
• Meets or exceeds individual and team performance goals
• Processes all transactions while following company policies & procedures
• Review vehicle condition reports
• Follow-up with sellers to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Conduct phone screen questionnaires and use data to assist with other steps of the car selling process, including working with other stakeholders.

Schedule:

• Must be available to work 8am-4:30pm or 11:30am-8pm (Central Time Zone).
• Must be able to work any day of the week.

Pay:

• Up to $22/hr depending on experience and location

Organizational Responsibilities :

• Follows established policies and procedures by monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and operational processes related to areas of responsibility and reporting violations or infractions to appropriate individuals.
• Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with Company, property, and department policies, procedures, and standards by immediately reporting any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, employee/visitor injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to appropriate individuals.
• Identifies areas of improvement and offers suggestions to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.
• Keeps abreast of current changes in technology, processes, and standards within the industry and areas of responsibility by attending internal and external training programs, researching and/or subscribing to the internet or other professional publications or utilizing other appropriate methods to obtain business and professional information, and applies knowledge and practices to areas of responsibility.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Customer experience with background in win/win solutions resulting in successful conversion appointments with high quality support experience
• An energetic personality who communicates effectively and respectfully with customers over the phone, chat and email or other communication channels
• Excellent attention to detail and organized with follow through skills
• A self-starter who is motivated to meet goals and metrics
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills
• Technology proficiency and willingness to work within several technology systems.
• Experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce or Hubspot
• Bilingual is a plus

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

• Will remain in a seated position for extended periods of time.
• Frequently operate small office equipment such as a computer.

Working Conditions:

• Work is performed indoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift.
• Stable high speed internet required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
