Job Description:
Shiloh House is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who can deliver primary medical care to our clients. The PNP will be responsible for routine physicals, medication management, answering medical related questions and supervision of the medical department. The PNP will also be responsible for the oversight, maintenance and accuracy of client medical records. The successful candidate will work as a team with our medical staff and agency administrators to assist in delivering premium care to each client.
Some job duties would include:
-Perform initial client screenings and physical examinations
-Provide psychiatric medication services
-Provide psychiatric mental health assessment services
-Update client records and check for accuracy at each client appointment
-Analyze data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and/or further treatment
-Serve as a resource for clients needs and on-going care information, counseling and guidance regarding clients medical needs.
-Supervise the medical department coordinator and oversee the medical department.
Qualifications:
-Master’s Degree in Nursing
-1 year of experience
-Valid nurse practitioner license
-Ability to lead a team
-Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
