Elk Grove law firm looking for the right candidate to fill an entry level part-time position. Must be willing to learn. Candidate must be willing to work at least 24 hours per week. Must be comfortable with the office phone system and being on the phone with good people skills. Candidate must be organized and possess a strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection. The ideal candidate will possess some proficiency with computers and be detail-oriented. We have a special culture and are looking for the correct fit. The firm will provide training.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Collect, Organize, and File documents
• Monitoring and Ordering Office Supplies
• Maintain Office organization
• Provide support to staff with speaking to new clients, and intakes, and mailing correspondence
• Occasional office errands

Skills

• Computer Skills (familiarity of MS Office and office equipment such as photocopier, scanner etc.)
• Good command of English both oral and written
• Dependable with a respect to confidentiality and policies
• Excellent organizational skills
• Great attention to detail
• High school degree or equivalent

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
