Field Engineers will undertake the following responsibilities in connection with the installation of advanced HVAC systems for use in electric vehicle battery manufacturing facilities:

• Conduct on-site management, overseeing the entire installation process from start to finish.
• Manage and optimize processes to ensure efficient HVAC system integration within manufacturing facilities.
• Lead and manage a team of HVAC Installation Technicians, providing guidance, training, and support in duct fabrication, installation, and insulation work.
• Oversee worker management, ensuring tasks are assigned effectively and completed in a timely manner.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures for HVAC duct fabrication, installation, and insulation, maintaining high industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess the quality and efficiency of the entire installation process.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials required for HVAC duct fabrication and installation.
• Work closely with procurement to ensure timely availability of necessary components.
• Enforce and promote a strong safety culture within the team, particularly during duct fabrication and installation activities.
• Ensure that all team members work after wearing clean clothes, specifically SMOCK WEAR, to maintain the cleanliness standards required for HVAC installations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of project activities, including timelines, expenditures, and any deviations from the original plan

[10 Field Engineers needed for temporary, full-time employment.

[Required to work 40 hours per week.
[Work hours: Monday through Friday
[Between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
[Workers will be paid $35.79 per hour. Overtime work is available and overtime hours will be paid $53.69 per hour.

[Workers are needed to begin work on 4/17/2024 through 8/15/2025.
