What you’ll do:
- Review and enter customer data
- Review claims for information completeness Follow up on missing data
- Verify that the information provided supports the claim
- Confirm if the photos in the system verify that the order was shipped correctly
- Identify trends for a specific account’s inventory (e.g., is the same SKU in the same location being picked incorrectly)
- Recommend process improvements
- Assist support team on other projects as needed
What you’ll need:
- Associates degree
- 1+ years of experience as a Data Entry Specialist or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- High-level organizational skills are a must
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multitask
