Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist

Position Description:

· This position is responsible for assisting warehouse operations, including data entry in the Cargo Wise system.

Responsibilities:

· Confirms and schedules warehouse appointments using phone and e-mail systems.

· Monitors e-mail accounts and provides timely responses to internal and external customers

· Records and scans documents for warehouse

· Performs data entry

· Updates warehouse spreadsheets and reports daily, including logs and invoices

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Communication skills verbal and written

· Organizational skills and ability to multi-task

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis in Excel and Word

· Proficient in Logistics WMS such as Cargo Wise

Must possess strong 10-Key skills with a high level of accuracy.

· Must be able to pass the Customs Border Patrol (CPB) Background Check

Education and Experience:

· High School Diploma or General Education Diploma

· A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Warehouse environment or Transportation industry, preferred

· Warehouse Management systems experience preferred
