Accounting and Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Payroll Processing and administration, multiple entities
• Payroll taxes and reporting
• Insurance management

• Processing Commissions
• General Ledger reconciliations
• General admin duties; typing, filing, copying, faxing
• Scheduling and calendars
• Special projects as requested

Education/Experience :

• Bachelors degree preferred, associates degree w/experience considered
• Previous office or bookkeeping experience
• Previous administrative support experience

Technical Experience :

• Experience using Excel, macros and pivot tables
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook
• Quickbooks experience
• Clerical skills: type 40-50 wpm
• Organized file maintenance

Pay: $46,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
