Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is capable of completing tasks independently and accurately. Qualifications:

• Prepare Bank Reconciliation & Account Reconciliation
• Excellent attention to detail
• Quick-books experience
• Strong problem solving and reconciliation skills
• Ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities :

• Monthly reconciliation of various accounts including bank accounts and credit card accounts
• Filing Invoices and Payments
• Data entry into Quickbooks & our Software
• Carefully and accurately perform transactions
• Help with the shipping process
• Generates reports as needed
• Support other team members as necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour
