This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Material Handling Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Accepting incoming goods and compare them with the shipping documents (Purchase order number, Material number, description, quantity). Check incoming goods for visible damage, documents them and forwards information if required.
• Takes care for correct use of transport equipment (hand-guided industrial trucks, forklift, etc.). On occasion there may be a need to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs.
• Captures relevant data in inventory processing systems.
• Arranges the acceptance, storage, commissioning and removal of goods in the storage area and records them in the appropriate inventory systems.
• Deliver full range service in a defined and focused technical or administrative area of work, while clear input/output relations and generic and/or work specific guidelines, procedures are given or available.
• Position needs basic level of theoretical and practical know-how, skills and typically some level related years of experience, in specialized processes, techniques and systems used in office, production or lab environment.

• Successfully pass the DEA background checks.
• You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
• You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions
• Previous work experience with SAP is desired.
• Required skills to have for the success of this role
• 3 years vocational training + 3 years practical experience needed.
• Basic knowledge and experience of principles, procedures, work routines and skills in the related field of work.
• Previous work experience with hand-guided industrial trucks and forklifts.
