We are looking for a Quality Control Hourly Technician to join our production team at our new Fort Worth, TX facility. This position will work 1st shift.
You’ll make an impact by:
Responsible for ensuring the qualify standards and applicable codes are met through completing inspections, design reviews, testing operations (mechanical) and troubleshooting. Delivers specialized support service towards mechanical testing support for electromechanical equipment (e.g., Low Voltage Switchgear, Switchboards, etc.). Technician will interact with different departments and customers routinely.
Test and inspect the mechanical aspect of Switchboards, Panelboards and Breakers to applicable standards (i.e. UL1558, UL891, IEEE, UL50, UL67 etc.)
Use Hipot, test cart, hand tools and various other tools to aid in testing of all product lines and breaker testing.
Perform inspections/audits of mechanical assemblies
Maintain and input records or reports related to testing/inspecting activities
Understands and trains about ISO Quality Requirements, Product Safety Requirements and JHA
Follows up on documentation for providing information on required labels per UL
Ability to perform mechanical assembly as needed
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
3+ years in manufacturing environment
Ability to pass NFPA70E certification training provided by the company
Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language along with Blueprints
Basic computer skills and use of basic mechanical/measuring/inspection tools
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SAP
Completed High School Diploma or GED

The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $28.00. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
