Join Siemens Global Business Services as an Entry-Level Commercial Project Manager, where you will be a vital part of our Project Services team focusing on a diverse range of projects, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Finance, Digitalization, and more across the Americas. As a Commercial Project Manager (CPM), you will play a key role in supporting the completion of commercial and financial aspects of customer projects, ensuring adherence to Project Management standards, customer requirements, and financial reporting guidelines.

Position Overview

We are looking for an Entry-Level Commercial Project Manager that will sit remotely in Mexico and support commercial projects across the Americas.

Responsibilities

• , and establish accurate project budgets and forecasts.
• : Partner closely with Project Managers, serving as their financial support and assisting in resolving complex financial and commercial issues.
• Ensure compliance with Siemens accounting policies under US-GAAP/IFRS, monitor revenue recognition, assess risks and opportunities, and implement measures to prevent negative margin slippage.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers’ commercial representatives, manage commercial issues, and coordinate contractual requirements with suppliers/subcontractors.

What It Takes

• A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required.
• You have started to obtain your CPM@Siemens certification or have the certification on your growth plan.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English language.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated financial partnering skills and experience in supporting contract/bid processes.
• Familiarity with PM@Siemens methodology and related tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and operate independently.
• Advanced knowledge of integrated financial systems.
• Displays a high level of critical thinking.
• Strong teaming capabilities as well as self-operating
• Strong process improvement skills.
