You will be responsible for allprogrammatic aspects of your assigned projects with specifically focusedresponsibility for customer relationship, cost, schedule and technicalplanning, tracking and reporting, technical execution, and ensuringoverall program performance objectives are achieved. You will participate inbusiness resource planning/tracking in coordination with other corporateentities and responsible to formulate a team that can fulfill programrequirements. You will be responsible for ensuring program issues and problemsare identified, tracked, and resolved. You will be responsible for programrisk management and ensuring risks are identified, mitigated, tracked,and managed. You’ll be responsible for interfacing on project/programstatus, developing proposals, researching/fact-finding, coordinatingaudits, and negotiating with project/program stakeholders to ensureenterprise initiatives meet cost, budget, and schedule constraints. Youwill support the program director and Business Operations in fulfilling theirrThe ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation,and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it isa leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator forinnovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems.
