You will be responsible for allprogrammatic aspects of your assigned projects with specifically focusedresponsibility for customer relationship, cost, schedule and technicalplanning, tracking and reporting, technical execution, and ensuringoverall program performance objectives are achieved. You will participate inbusiness resource planning/tracking in coordination with other corporateentities and responsible to formulate a team that can fulfill programrequirements. You will be responsible for ensuring program issues and problemsare identified, tracked, and resolved. You will be responsible for programrisk management and ensuring risks are identified, mitigated, tracked,and managed. You’ll be responsible for interfacing on project/programstatus, developing proposals, researching/fact-finding, coordinatingaudits, and negotiating with project/program stakeholders to ensureenterprise initiatives meet cost, budget, and schedule constraints. Youwill support the program director and Business Operations in fulfilling theirrThe ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation,and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it isa leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator forinnovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. Its end-to-endCommand, Control, Computers, Communications and Intelligence,Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C4ISR) capabilities encompass design,integration, test, certification, ground/flight training and completelogistics support. IAS tailors solutions to customer cost, performance,and schedule requirements and designs to consistently exceed expectations -with an unrivaled record of on time and on (or under) budget deliveries.Must-haves:Bachelor’s degree in related discipline field2-7 years of Program Management ExperienceLeadership abilities inclusive of successful change management, mentoring,career development, training, succession planning, holding peopleaccountable, and conducting yearly reviewsRequires ability to manage complex situations, delegate authority, leadand inspire your team, drive innovative thinking, instill collaboration,drive for success, challenge status quo, and demonstrate the ability toadapt to dynamic situationsRequires skills in team building, time management, conflict resolution,communication, briefing, presentation, strategic thinking,marketing, and literacy in the program management disciplines.Experience with the evaluation of requests for proposals and/or quotes.Experience with preparing, reviewing, and submitting proposals and/or quotes.An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required.Preferred:Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense FederalAcquisition Regulations (DFARS)Working knowledge of Program Management Institute Program Body of Knowledge(PMBOK)Program Management Professional (PMP) CertificationManaging projects using Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI),agile, and or spiral development modelsManaging projects requiring Earned Value ManagementUnderstanding with application tools and data architecturesAbility to reinforce the usage & application of Corporate PM tools.Ability to lead PM process & tool improvement for the Enterprise.Ability to keep program management informed of function & process changeswithin project controls.Ability to enhance program management expertise in the staffAbility to establish centralized, coordinating body for PM concerns,recommendations, & issues; developing recommended processimprovements; facilitating opportunities with Enterprise Program FinanceAbility to establish new & further refining existing templates, tools,& guidelines for program documentation & executionExperience with ensuring compliance with approved Corporate and ISO9001:2000 Policies and ProcessesIMPORTANT NOTICE:T
