Hours: This is a full-time/ part-time role with some flexibility around hours worked and some home working

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Supporter Experience Manager to lead on defining, developing, and implementing our supporter journeys to make them relevant and personalised across our different supporter profiles. This role will drive efficiency, consistency and increase interaction and donor loyalty. Key activities will include:

Defining, developing, and implementing relevant, appealing, and inspiring journeys for those who interact with us, based on a data driven understanding of the audiences, Sightsavers’ mission and values and of the broad contribution each supporter group can make.

Implementing a supporter journey based around five main pillars – acquisition, welcoming, retaining, saving, and reactivating

Skills and Experience:
This is a brilliant opportunity to build on your existing individual giving experience, utilising your fundraising experience and communication skills. To succeed in this role you will need:

Experience in managing, developing, and implementing fundraising campaigns, preferably as part of the donor journey

A results-driven approach with substantial experience in fundraising, including experience in implementing successful direct marketing campaigns to segmented audiences. Experience in multi-channel fundraising campaigning would be an extra asset.

An appetite for both business analytics and for storytelling

There will be a two-stage interview process with a written presentation task at second stage around the supporter journey.
