Silgan seeks a full-cycle, 1099 Contract Recruiter to augment our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will identify, attract, evaluate, and hire for critical and challenging to fill positions for our manufacturing facilities. As an ambassador of the brand, you will ensure all candidates have a world-class experience with us while navigating them throughout all stages of the recruitment process. This role offers the option to work remotely.
