The Shipping and Documentation Administrator is essential in the administration of our export shipping process and in maintaining the smooth day to day organisation of load outs within our Cold Chain/Dispatch department.
The successful applicant will possess the following skills:
You will be responsible for reconciling and coordinating shipping contract requirements with in-store inventory. This includes the supply of shipping containers with shipping companies and arranging the transportation of containers to the plant and to the port of loading and generating electronic export shipping documentation with speed and accuracy while ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to.
A can do attitude and a willingness to learn in a team environment are essential.
This position will be ideal for someone who is self-motivated and excited at the prospect of working for one of New Zealand’s largest exporting companies.
