Do you have experience in warehousing and logistics? Do you like things organized and clean, then this is the role for you.
Continental Cars are looking for a Warehouse Assistant for their Newmarket sites, serving its Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, and Ferrari workshops. The role will require driving a large Volkswagen Van, the split is about 80% warehouse and 20% driving.
Some basic knowledge of automotive parts is essential. Experience with the dealer management system Autoline is a definite advantage. You will be joining a group of 5 warehouse staff whose general duties include:
- Inwards goods
- Picking & packing orders
- Dispatch and order processing
- Deliveries (manual shift)
- Stocktaking
- Cleaning & Maintaining an efficient warehouse

For you to be effective in this role, you will:

- Have good Microsoft Excel knowledge
- A Forklift license and scissor lift certificate
- Have high attention to detail, to ensure all orders are completed to the highest standard.
- Have a good command of the English language
- Be physically fit as some heavy lifting is involved.
- Be reliable and flexible.
- Have good time management, as this is a must.
- Full and clean NZ drivers’ license for completing local deliveries and can drive a manual.
