Part of the Sime Darby Motors Group, Castle Hill BMW is more than just a showroom – it encompasses all that is BMW under one roof.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery and handover process to our customers. You will embody the highest standards of customer service and attention to detail.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinating the delivery of vehicles from point of sale to hand over
• Demonstration of vehicle features
• Completing vehicle registrations
• Completing administration of deal packs including post-delivery requirements
• Establish and develop strong relationships with all internal sales departments

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in a similar client facing / customer service role
• Experience in working in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• A full drivers license and sound driving record
