As we solidify our position in Australia and New Zealand, we’re in search of a Senior Designer—a meticulous professional who can marry intentionality with creativity.

Your mandate will stretch beyond conventional design. Tasked with conveying technical information with precision, you’ll craft visuals with both clarity and creativity. In partnership with an external design company that has developed our brand identity, website developers, and other creative allies, your role is pivotal. You’ll be at the intersection, ensuring our brand remains consistent, innovative, and of award-winning calibre across all channels.

About You:

• Your designs speak of intentionality, merging clarity with innovation

• Adeptness in both web and print media, underscored by strategic acumen

Key Qualifications:

• A portfolio demonstrating your refined sensibilities and dedication to clarity
• Ability to translate technical information into comprehensible designs
• Experience in a senior design role; a background in the tech or design sector offers a distinct advantage
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• Solid grasp of typography, colour theory, and layout design
• The capacity to produce resonant designs, aligning with our ethos while catering to a discerning audience
• Adaptability, thriving in an environment that’s structured yet dynamic
• The design and development of marketing collateral and sales proposals
• Information design and development of style guides and toolkits used by our technology team to represent technical information

• Collaborate with an external design firm, website developers, and other creative partners
• Foster effective collaborations with external teams, ensuring a unified brand vision
• Stay attuned to contemporary design paradigms, integrating best practices
• Maintain and elevate design standards, with a special emphasis on typography, layout, and information representation
• Uphold and refine our exacting visual standards, ensuring they echo our commitment to excellence
