Job Summary:
The Senior Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing a variety of revenue-driven digital marketing programs. This is an opportunity for a high-energy, detail-orientated, and creative individual to work cross-functionally among marketing and content peers and develop impactful marketing campaigns dedicated to meeting the needs of healthcare employees. This can be a remote position.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Convert strategy and marketing goals into compelling content marketing and promotional material by developing concise and engaging content for a variety of marketing campaigns
Manage, organize, and facilitate execution of digital marketing campaigns
Partner cross-functionally to develop content and ensure smooth product development/rollout and audience growth
Analyze ROI on marketing tactics and refine promotional plans on a continuous basis
Track social media analytics and expenses to ensure budgetary goals are met

Experience with Facebook Ads manager, LinkedIn Ads Managers Canva, and social media planning tools
Experience in B2B and/or product marketing preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
3-5 years of marketing experience
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
