Full Job Description
Remote Customer Service/Data Entry
We are looking for someone that is friendly and detailed oriented for our Remote Customer Service/Data Entry position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer service via emails, phone calls, and web customer service.
- Leave a good impression of our brand to all those they interact with, regardless of whether the interaction is pleasant or unpleasant.
- Quickly learn about our products, common concerns & problems, and ability to apply this knowledge.
- Enter purchase and sales order.
- Perform daily Research tasks.
- Inventory maintenance.
- Processing Data Entry.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Prior Customer Service experience is a must.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and critical thinking skills are a must.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
- Basic Skills in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel) and must be comfortable learning new programs and ecommerce software.
- Proficient in basic math: Addition/subtraction, percentages, rounding, division/multiplication.
- Minimum of HighSchool / Some College Preferred.
Job Type: Full-time.
Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour.
Benefits:
- Part Time & Full Time.
- Paid time off.
Schedule:
- 5 – 8 hour shift.
- All Day Any time .
- Monday to Friday. and Weekends
