Job Description

Support your team members by:

• Greeting & Working with our customers
• Answering phones
• Replying to emails
• Typing up estimates in QuickBooks Online
• Scheduling installations
• Receiving payments
• Invoicing completed jobs
• Working closely with estimators & customers to make each job run smoothly

Qualifications & Skills

• People Person with an outgoing personality (making people feel comfortable & at ease while you help determine the best flooring for their needs)
• Have a Customer First attitude
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Team Skills (ability to work together with our small team in close quarters)
• Excellent Computer Skills (QuickBooks Online & Google Drive)
• Typing Speed around 50wpm & up
• Multitasking (ability to complete office work at a busy front counter while becoming a hub of information)
• Detail-oriented approach
• Comfortable in a sales environment
• Building knowledge and expertise in all Simply Floors products and their installation techniques

Salary and Benefits

• Salary of $20.00 per hour for a three month trial period followed by a raise and matched Health & Dental benefits
• Closed between Christmas and New Years
• Closed the two summer long weekends
• Shortened Saturday hours
