The Simply Group of Companies is looking for a Sales Recruiter to join our HR team. Reporting to the Senior VP of Sales and Senior Recruitment-the primary focus will be to identify, attract and hire the most talented Sales professionals. You will become a partner to our sales leaders and develop a deep understanding of our sales organization to find the right people. Managing the full-cycle Sales recruitment and selection process from initial intake meetings with stakeholders to sourcing, screening, pre and post interview meetings, closing, and facilitating offers.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage behavioral, functional, and value-based interviewing techniques to screen and vet candidates and provide real-time feedback to hiring managers.
• Build and leverage professional network connections and internet mining resources which provided continuous and relevant applicant sources across diverse industries and experience levels.
• Interview and counsel individuals interested in Simply Green Home Services by analyzing goals and explaining benefits of the roles, employing consultative sales techniques.
• Onboard well-qualified, multifaced job candidates to fill open positions (from corporate to 100% commission-based roles).
• Manage and update recruitment ATS software, while tracking metrics and using data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns and sharing data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and solve complex recruitment problems impacting employer short- and long-term success.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated and driven to exceed all goals and expectations.
• Solutions-oriented relationship builder focused on cultivating and maintaining industry partnerships to maintain consistent candidate pipelines.
• Adept at managing the full cycle of recruitment for long-term, temporary, and project-specific jobs. Experienced in working job fairs and industry events to locate qualified candidates.
• Skilled relationship-builder, problem-solver, and decision-maker.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers along with recruitment tools such as ATS systems, Indeed, LinkedIn.
• Highly disciplined with the ability to work independently or in a team dynamic/complex environment, while organizing time and workload effectively
• Upholds integrity while maintaining a positive and ambitious outlook
