As a Senior Officer, your role is to formulate, review and implement policies and schemes in specific functional areas.

1. Lead the A/C Receivable team in the day-to-day operations

– Monitor processing of invoices to customers
– Ensure timely collections
– Supervise billing of a subsidiary
– Supervise system testing and enhancements
– Prepare outstanding fees reports to stakeholders for monitoring and follow-up
– Process improvement including digitalisation
– Prepare year-end audit schedules

2. Administer receipt of donation receipts to an IPC 

3 . Revenue & collection policies review

– Preferably 4 to 5 years’ of relevant working experience in finance or accounting sector with  accounting system implementation experience

– Relevant qualifications in Accountancy or Business Administration

– Proficient in PC skills including MS Office applications, Oracle accounting systems, Workday accounting solutions  and digital visualisation tools like Power BI etc

– Good team lead who is self-motivated

– Resourceful, able to work independently and under stress

– Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
