As a Senior Officer, your role is to formulate, review and implement policies and schemes in specific functional areas.

• Plan, lead and implement system enhancements for accounting systems using ERP solutions such as PeopleSoft Oracle.
• Ensure that all financial related functions such as fees charging, billings, collections, refunds, accounting and other related finance areas are accomplished in a timely and accurate manners and in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Dealing with internal and external auditors on AR processes
• Perform data analytics
• Review, streamline and improve finance processes
• Ad-hoc projects may be assigned from time to time

• Preferably 4 to 5 years of relevant working experience in finance or accounting sector with system implementation experience

• Credentials in Information Technology, Accountancy or Business Administration

• Proficient in PC skills including MS Office applications, Oracle accounting systems, Workday accounting solutions and digital visualisation tools like Power BI etc

• Experience in government accounting and familiarity with Instruction Manuals will be advantageous

• Resourceful, able to work independently and to multitask in a dynamic work environment

• Possess leadership qualities as well as good people and collaboration skills
