• Perform and manage functions of quality assurance to support overall direction of SSI
• Propose and implement necessary actions to ensure that all CET related requirements stipulated by SSG are satisfactorily met and adhered to
• Collaborate with the relevant teams to develop, strengthen, implement and communicate improvements in internal processes such that SSI meets all internal and external audit requirements

• Manage and represent SSI in external audits related to SSI’s CET status and in maintaining the articulation pathway for SSI’s programmes into University Programmes
• Oversee and/or perform necessary documentation for accreditation and audit purposes by external bodies (e.g. University Partners, SSG, etc.)
• Communicate accreditation and compliance requirements to relevant internal personnel for accreditation and validation purposes
• Work with relevant teams to review and improve its processes and products using the Plan-Do-Check-Act system in areas such as Courseware Management, Training Management and Assessment Management
• Administer evaluation forms for SSI courses and analyse outcome evaluation using Kirkpatrick’s Evaluation Model
• Present outcome evaluation findings to relevant stakeholders (e.g. NCSS and SSI Management, University Partners, SSG, etc.)
• Perform assessment moderation to ensure proper conduct of assessment and documentation of learners’ competency in accordance with guidelines set
• Support session observations to ensure training is delivered in accordance with guidelines set
• Prepare and present information for reports, audits and papers
