SINGAPORE RECREATION CLUB Hiring For IT Administrator at Downtown Core , Singapore Full Time

Role and Responsibilities 

Provide end-user support for internal departments who rely on IT infrastructure.

Primary focus will be on supporting the Staffs assigned to an upcoming Land Lease Renewal Exercise, and the Task Force in charge of its execution.

1. Core Responsibilities
   1. Day-to-day troubleshooting of user PCs, servers, and network.
   2. Providing IT Support for the upcoming Land Lease Renewal exercise. These may include activities like:
      1. Participating in task force meetings or discussions related to the exercise.
      2. Managing access rights and access to resources like folders, documents, or software tools.
      3. Collaborating with the Task Force to provide data for reporting purposes.
   3. Maintenance of IT infrastructure, including:
      • Network – LAN, Wireless, VOIP etc
      • Hardware – Servers, End-user PCs/Laptops, Firewall
      • Systems – Club2000E Club Management System, Active Directory, VOIP, Mail, Web, Door Access system etc
   4. Patching, updating, AV scanning, and backups.
      1. Assist in the setting up of IT equipment, audio/visual equipment for club events.
      2. Liaise with external vendors for servicing and support of IT infrastructure.
      3. Coordinating and implementing of new equipment / systems.
      4. Any other duties assigned by the IT Manager or General Manager
   5.   Qualifications and Education Requirements 
      • Possess a Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or its equivalent.
      • Knowledge on usage of Excel for reporting, tabulation, and analysis purposes.
      • Knowledge and experience in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, system patching, Server security and Server performance monitoring.
      • Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally and effectively in a team.
      • Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and an adaptable mindset.
      • Experience in Hospitality or Club industry will be an advantage.
