We are seeking a full-time, front desk receptionst /company representative-liason.

Daily Routines and Responsibilities:

• Open the retail design studio for walk-ins and appointments
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Be able to articulate what we do and who we are to clients (training will be provided)
• Call leads that we generate in house and schedule estimators for appointments
• Work with owner and partners on various projects
• Help fill out applications and permitting requests

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
