THE OPPORTUNITY:
Sinking Ship Entertainment is looking for a dynamic Office Coordinator. This is a role that is perfect for a passionate, creative and innovated individual. This position reports directly to Head of Production. A key to this role is the ability to cultivate an environment of trust and collaboration with the demand of hiring the best.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO

• Maintain a great office environment that is comfortable and welcoming to employees and visitors.
• Act as first point of contact for employees, vendors, and clients.
• Manage communication, data exchange, and alignment with external vendors, providers, and contractors.
• Order, track and maintain office supply inventory in line with budget.
• Collaborate with IT and HR for courier of New Hire equipment.
• Filter incoming emails and telephone calls by screening and directing to the appropriate departments and people.
• Responsible for general office administration including but not limited to mail/ courier distribution and office maintenance.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
• Comfortable in coordinating and leading Office Move projects.
• Maintain efficiency within the office by establishing the best policies, standards, and procedures for the company
• Maintain compliance with local Health and Safety protocols.

ABOUT YOU

• College Diploma/ degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years’ prior experience in an office coordination and management role.
• Highly professional attitude with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced skills in MS Office Products (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) with knowledge of Google Workplace.
• Detail oriented, exceptionally organized and able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Experience in the Entertainment Industry or an interest in the industry is a plus.
