Sistema Hiring for Production Workers Night Shift Job at Auckland Full Time

We are a leading manufacturer of plastic products, including a range of food-grade storage containers and drink bottles sold within New Zealand and exported overseas. Our manufacturing facility, based near Auckland Airport, offers a clean and modern work environment and plenty of parking.

Due to the growth that we are experiencing, we are looking for new team members to join our Production team. As a Sistema Production Worker, you will be responsible for assembling and packing our products ready for distribution and sale. Here you will work with a supportive team and from day one will participate in our development program to ensure you have the skills for the work you are doing.

You may not have worked in manufacturing or in a similar position previously however the key attributes that are most important to us are:

A willingness to learn and a positive, team-focused attitude

Reliability and a sound work history

Great communication skills, both written and verbal

Basic numeracy (able to do simple mathematical calculations)

Good attention to detail and a focus on quality

You prioritise health and safety when you are working

Due to the nature of our work, you must be physically fit and as part of the application process you must be willing to undertake pre-employment medical and drug screening checks

You must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand

We are offering a great hourly pay rate which is reviewed 90 days after you start work. Hours of Work

Night Shift – Monday to Friday, 10pm-6am.
