Position Overview:

This role will develop and drive customer-centric technology enablement for both new and existing products. Refine implementation, user experience, and adoption processes for our clients while working with Sales, Business, and Technology teams to professionalize the overall delivery of our solutions.

Essential Job Functions:

• Own new customer implementations for clients end-to-end

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process

• Establish and drive implementation of best practices

• Identify process improvement areas and coordinate adoption

• Understand the client’s vision and define project scope and requirements

• Proactive communication and support of project

• Develop partnership with key internal stakeholders: Product, Sales, Engineering, Training.

• Manage, implement, and support client system configuration

• Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 7 years of financial services/banking experience preferred

• 3-4 years of software/implementation experience preferred

This position is available in all US Remote locations as detailed in SitusAMC’s Telecommuting policy.

This position is not available in the following states: AK, CA, CO, CT, HI, MA, WY.
