Overview:
Under general supervision of the Deputy Director of Revenue Contracts within the department of Financial Affairs, administer policies and procedures by which contracts are executed for the Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University, on behalf of its School of Medicine (SOM), and SIU Physician & Surgeons, Inc d/b/a SIU HealthCare (HC). Establish and maintain standards of good business practice , sound fiscal management, compliance with governmental agencies and protection of the University and SIU HealthCare as criterion for preparation , analysis, and approval of contractual arrangements by the University and SIU HealthCare. Responsible for the develo pment, negotiation of legal terms, continuou s maintenance , and operational implementation of active contracts that are valued at over $225 million generating more than $ 100 million of annual revenue . Responsible for partnering with SIU clinical department administrators, clinical department fiscal managers , credentialing staff, and the SIU HealthCare contract coordinator as well as developing and maintaining external partnerships with contract coordinators at affiliated institutions.

Salary: $3957-$4352.70/month
