Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Park A/C, Heating & Refrigeration equipment 
• Troubleshoot A/C, Heating & Refrigeration problems 
• Installation of duct work and A/C equipment 
• Installation of Refrigeration equipment 

Skills And Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in HVAC & Refrigeration 
• 5 years’ experience design and troubleshooting electrical HVAC & Refrigeration systems & equipment 
• 5 years’ experience troubleshooting mechanical/electrical systems, hydraulic & pneumatic equipment 
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid Driver’s License 
• Solid reading, verbal/written communication skills, and ability to keep accurate written records.  
• Full availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and Holidays 
• Knowledge and use of various test and service equipment 
• Knowledge of E.P.A. Standards and Regulations 

Qualifier

• Level 1: Repair and maintenance of small appliances
• Level 2: Repair and maintenance of larger appliances that operate at high pressure
• Level 3: Repair and maintenance of larger appliances that operate at low-pressure

Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
