Job Opening VIP Lounge Attendant – $14 per hour

WHAT WE PROVIDE:

This a position at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, in San Antonio, TX. It features a starting rate of $14 per hour. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Have a passion for hospitality? Join us as a member our newest premium guest service and member of our VIP Lounge Team! We are looking for outgoing and energetic individuals, to join us in 2023! As a VIP Lounge Attendant, you’ll make the difference in providing a premium guest experience by engaging with our guests, providing services in our newly remodeled upscaled VIP Lounge with light snacks, drinks, ride and waterpark information and more!

HOW YOU WILL DO IT:

  • Perform opening duties, ensuring lounge is show ready at all times.

  • Greet all guests and provide overview of the lounge and act as host throughout their stay and engage Guests in conversations.

  • Assist Guests with park and entertainment information, making recommendations on ride, water park attractions and dinning.

  • Answer phones and handle VIP guest requests.

  • Interact daily with all levels of Team Members and customers.

  • Maintain equipment, including soda and coffee machines, printers, photo printers, computers, laptops, games, etc.

  • Perform closing duties, ensuring equipment is cleaned and supplies restocked.

  • Provide support to new lounge employees.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • 2 Years Customer Service/Guest Interaction

  • Microsoft Office; Strong Communication Skills; Strong Guest Service

  • A valid State Driver’s License and be at least 18 years of age

  • A strong sense of teamwork and a positive attitude

  • A passion for hospitality

  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings and available for overtime as needed

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

  • All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.

  • Reports to IPS Department Leadership
